Detaljer
No need to drill holes in your stair tread, ramp or in the underside of your handrail. Just cut your balusters to length and use the Flat or Swivel Screw Down Shoes to mount your balusters.

What's Included?
Includes 10 Plain 1/2" Ihålig Fyrkantig Shaft Stift Top Balusters and 20 Screw Down Shoes for 1/2" Fyrkantig Shaft. 2 screws included per shoe.

Cutting Your Balusters to Length:
Cut your balusters from the top, cutting off the Stift Top, or let us cut it for you by selecting the "Change Length and Colour" option.

Flat Screw Down Shoes:
- Used on the bottom of the baluster if mounted on your steps.
- Used on the top of the baluster if mounted on the underside of a flat section of the wooden handrail.

Swivel Screw Down Shoes:
- Used on the bottom of the baluster if mounted on an angled ramp (kneewall, shoe rail or closed stringer).
- Used on the top of the baluster if mounted on the underside of an angled section of the wooden handrail.

Installation Methods +
  • Cut your baluster to length using a metal abrasive cutting tool or hack saw. Cut from to top of the baluster, removing the Pin Top/Dowel.
  • Use either the Flat Screw Down Shoe for flat sections or the Swivel Screw Down Shoe for angled sections.
  • Put each end of the baluster into the shoes and fasten the screws into the handrail and floor. Screws are included with the screw down shoes.

    Powder Coating +
    Powder coating is used for aesthetic appeal and as a protective layer. It is applied as a dry powder and cured under heat. It provides a tougher finish than traditional paints and is more resistant to scratching, chipping, and fading.
