In-House Powder Coating
We powder coat in-house to any specified color listed on our website or custom colors not listed on our website.
To see the color in person, order color samples or come to our shop.

Welding
We weld certain balusters such as the solid rectangles, ovals, tuning forks and iron newel posts.
These products, which we weld in-house, will take longer for us to manufacture (up to 5 business days).
These products required welding in-house.

Cutting, Drilling and Tapping
We specialize in drilling countersunk through holes for "Screw Into Wood Handrail" and drilling and tapping holes for "Screw Into Metal Bar".
If you have your own solid balusters that you want modified, bring them in and we will cut (length and/or angle), drill (countersunk through hole or drilled & tapped hole) for $2 per baluster.

Metal Bending
We metal bend to certain diameters and widths for manufacture of metal balusters.
We bend balusters either on a 1.5" or 3.125" inner diameter and only with 1/2" Solid Round Bars or 1/2" Solid Square Bars. This would result in a 2.5" and 4.125" outer diameter, respectively.
For railing contractors, we can send you raw (non-powder coated) ovals that are already bent and welded for installation onto custom railings, potentially saving you time to manufacture. -
Twisting, Grinding and Sanding
We can grind off rust and clean welds off of balusters, iron newel posts and railings.
We can also twist 1/2" square solid bars to make custom door handles or balusters.

Metal Supply
We stock and supply certain raw metal sizes and profiles.
Solid Square Bars: 1/2", 5/8", 3/4"
Solid Round Bars: 1/2", 9/16", 5/8", 3/4"
Sometimes in stock, various round, square, rectangular tubes.
